Increase Of Me

I've decided that I will be adding more of me to my blog. I think that's the way to go, expose a bit more of what makes me who I am. There was/is more to me than this Bi-polar schtick, and I've at times have forgotten just that. I think most "sufferers" experience this tone of thought at some point in their journey/discovery. Hey, I'm no therapist... so don't quote me on... shit!
