It's only Monday and I feel restless/anxious, a bit ticked off. Besides blaming it on my medication/disorder, I can't find a reason for all this internal chaos. Today is not a good day, and I wish it were over already!!


  1. Hang in there, my friend. A day doesn't last forever so those feelings of chaos will fade. Or burn themselves out. In the meantime know you have a friend who is listening, and quietly supporting you in the background. My ear (or eye as the case may be) is always open if you need to just vent.
