Haven't been sleeping much at all. Today I decided NOT to attend my Dr's. appt... was simply too tired to do so. I know, not a good idea... especially since I am completely out of medication. So what am I to do? Well, I am gonna sit here patiently and await the arrival of the 6 or 7 pairs of shoes that I ordered... to be delivered this afternoon.
